Registration Form
All Registrations & Fees must be received by Friday, August 27, 2010 at the MFSA Office. Please indicate whether or not you are attending EACH event whether there is a charge or not.
Hotel Reservations:

A block of rooms has been reserved for MFSA at the discounted rate of $139.99 (double) $129.99 (single) plus taxes.
